Who can use Boomer?

Boomer is available to all exhibitors participating in trade shows supported by our platform. Trade show organizers and service providers also use Boomer to manage exhibitor needs seamlessly.

How do I access Boomer?

You can access Boomer through the event-specific link provided by your trade show organizer or by visiting our website and selecting your event from the list of available shows.

Do I need to create an account?

Yes, creating an account is necessary to manage your orders, save your preferences, and track your order history.

Ordering and Payment

How do I place an order?

To place an order:
• Log in to your Boomer account.
• Select your event.
• Browse the catalog in your storefront and add items to your cart.
• Review your order, add in your Booth number and proceed to checkout.

What payment methods are accepted?

Boomer accepts credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

Yes, you can edit or cancel your order before the specified deadline. After the deadline, changes may be subject to additional fees or restrictions. Contact support for assistance.

Will I receive a confirmation after placing an order?

Yes, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your order. You can also viewyour order history in your Boomer account.

Event Setup and Support

How do I know my order will be delivered to my booth?

Our team ensures that all orders are delivered to the specified booth number prior to theevent’s opening. You can track your order status through your Boomer account.

What if I need assistance during the event?

Onsite support is available during setup and throughout the event. Contact the eventservice desk or use the Boomer support feature for immediate assistance.
