The lunch yesterday went very very well, I was actually going to write you a note commenting on how helpful, professional, respectful and friendly your technician is. He would always provide me with any information I needed i.e. would let me know ahead of time that the mic was muted and at what time he would come turn it on for the speaker, ask what my technical needs were to make sure I had all the proper support, etc. – he is excellent. Yesterday was lunch 3/3, therefore I will not need a mic next week. Thank you for checking though, and I will definitely contact you directly next time we host an event there.
